What we collect, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.

The data we collect
Contact form – name, company, e-mail address, optional telephone number, subject and content of your message. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to establish a business relationship. Retention: three years from the last contact.
Applications and internship requests – name, contact details, message and curriculum vitae when attached. Purpose: to process your application. Legal basis: your consent, collected at the time of submission. Retention: two years after the last exchange, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
Browsing data – IP address, browser type, pages viewed. Purpose: site security and audience measurement. This data does not allow us to identify you by name.
Where CVs go
A CV attached to an application is never placed in the site’s media library and cannot be reached at any public address. It is sent as an attachment to the recruitment team, then deleted from the server.

Recipients
Your data is processed by the Athinium IT sales and recruitment teams and, where your enquiry concerns it, by our parent company EOXIS. We use Cloudflare as a technical security intermediary. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Audience measurement
This site may use Google Analytics 4, an audience measurement service provided by Google. Legal basis: your consent, collected through the banner shown on your first visit. Retention period: fourteen months. IP addresses are anonymised, and data sharing with other Google products, Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.
No Google script is loaded until you have accepted: if you decline or ignore the banner, no request is sent to any Google domain. Your choice can be changed at any time through the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
Form protection
Our form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a verification mechanism that tells a human visitor from an automated one. It processes your IP address and technical browser signals, without setting an advertising cookie or tracking you across other sites.
Cookies
This site sets audience measurement cookies, subject to your consent. Your choice is kept for six months at most, after which you are asked again. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Your rights
Under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@athinium.io. You may refer the matter to the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).
If you live in the European Union, the rights you hold under the General Data Protection Regulation – access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability – are exercised at the same address.
Governing language
This page is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
